括约肌间瘘管结扎术在单纯肛瘘治疗中的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Ligation of Intersphincter Fistula in the Treatment of Anal Fistula Alone

目的阐述单纯肛瘘患者实施括约肌间瘘管结扎术治疗的措施及临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年7月江苏省启东市第三人民医院收治的50例单纯肛瘘患者作为研究对象,以患者入院时间先后为标准将其划分为观察组与对照组,对照组实施常规瘘管切开挂线术治疗,观察组实施瘘管结扎术治疗,对比两组临床疗效,记录并分析各组患者临床相关指标差异,术后发生并发症的概率。结果观察组治疗总效果相较对照组更佳(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者手术时长(41.35±4.23)min、伤口愈合用时(8.34±2.07)d、患者住院总时间(12.28±3.24)d均短于对照组,疼痛评分、术中出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后出现并发症的概率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单纯肛瘘患者通过括约肌间瘘管结扎手术治疗效果显著,同时对患者造成的痛楚小,恢复快,术后并发症少,提倡推广应用。

Objective To expound the measures and clinical effect of ligation of sphincter fistula in patients with simple anal fistula.Methods A total of 50 patients with simple anal fistula were selected from January 2017 to July 2019 from the third people's hospital of qidong city.They were divided into observation group and control group based on the time admitted to hospital.The control group received routine fistulotomy treatment,and the observation group received implement fistula ligation treatment.The clinical curative effect was compared,clinically relevant indicators were record and analyzed,and the incidence of postoperative complications was calculated.Results The total effect of the treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the operation time of the observation group[(41.35±4.23)min],the wound healing time[(8.34±2.07)d],the total hospitalization time[(12.28±3.24)d]were shorter than those of the control group,the pain score and the intraoperative bleeding volume were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simple anal fistula patients through the sphincter fistula ligation surgical treatment effect is significant,at the same time,the pain caused by the patients is small,with fast recovery and less postoperative complications,so it is worth to promote of application.
