肩胛骨骨折手术治疗的效果探讨

Effect of Surgical Treatment of Scapular Fracture

目的探讨手术治疗肩胛骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取廊坊市第四人民医院于2017年11月至2018年11月收治的42例肩胛骨骨折患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各21例,对照组实行非手术保守治疗,实验组实行后入路切开复位内固定手术治疗,比较两组患者的肩关节功能恢复情况、住院时间长短、骨折愈合时间以及可承受完全负重时间等临床治疗效果。结果实验组的肩关节功能优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的住院时间、完全负重时间、骨折愈合时间等临床手术及术后恢复各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗肩胛骨骨折的效果显著,能有效提高患者肩关节功能恢复,快速促进骨折愈合,帮助患者早日恢复健康,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of scapular fractures.Methods A total of 42 patients with scapular fractures who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 21 cases each group.The control group was treated with non-surgical conservative treatment.The experimental group was treated with Luke open reduction and internal fixation surgery.The clinical outcomes of shoulder function recovery,length of hospital stay,fracture healing time and time to full weight bearing were compared between groups.Results The excellent rate of shoulder function in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The clinical operation and postoperative recovery of the experimental group were superior to the control group in terms of hospitalization time,complete weight-bearing time,fracture healing time(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment of scapula fracture has obvious effect,which can effectively improve the recovery of shoulder joint function,quickly promote fracture healing,help the patient recover early and improve the quality of life of the patient.
