腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Acute Cholecystitis

目的研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2019年6月江苏省盐城市第三人民医院临床治疗的92例急性胆囊炎患者为研究对象,抽签法分为两组,各46例。对照组行传统开腹手术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及并发症情况。结果观察组切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床效果显著,安全性高,值得研究和推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods From June 2016 to June 2019,A total of 92 patients with acute cholecystitis in the Third People's Hospital of Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province were selected and divided into two groups by lottery,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The length of incision,duration of operation,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The length of incision,duration of operation,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay and incidence of complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a clinically effective and safe method for the treatment of acute cholecystitis.It is worthy of research and promotion.
