半夏白术天麻汤加泽泻治疗眩晕的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction plus Alisma Orientalis on Vertigo

目的分析半夏白术天麻汤加泽泻治疗方案对眩晕症的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2019年1月至2019年7月滨海县中医院收治的70例眩晕症患者为研究对象,将患者分为对照组与观察组,各35例。观察组采用半夏白术天麻汤加泽泻进行治疗,对照组采用常规治疗方案进行治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率94.29%,显著高于对照组(68.57%,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率8.57%,显著低于对照组(37.14%,P<0.05);观察组中医主症积分、中医次症积分、生活质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中药半夏白术天麻汤加泽泻治疗眩晕,可以提升总有效率,降低并发症,促进患者相关症状积分的改善。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction plus Alisma on vertigo.Methods Totally 70 patients with vertigo admitted to Binhai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases each.The observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Alisma orientalis,while the control group was treated with routine treatment,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,significantly higher than that in the control group(68.57%,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.57%,significantly lower than that in the control group(37.14%,P<0.05);the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Alisma orientalis can improve the total effective rate,reduce complications and promote the improvement of patients'symptoms.
