药物联合电子支气管镜下冲洗治疗急性肺脓肿的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Acute Pulmonary Abscess with Drug Combined with Electronic Bronchoscopy

目的观察药物与电子支气管镜下冲洗进行联合治疗急性肺脓肿的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月重庆市武隆福康医院收治的100例急性肺脓肿患者为研究对象,将所有患者按照数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上通过电子支气管镜下冲洗联合治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率以及恶心发生率、食欲不振发生率、头晕乏力发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组治疗总有效率80.00%(40/50),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的恶心、食欲不振、头晕乏力的发生概率分别为:4.00%(2/50),4.00%(2/50),2.00%(1/50),显著低于对照组患者的12.00%(6/50),12.00%(6/50),10.00%(5/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规药物联合电子支气管镜下冲洗治疗急性肺脓肿效果显著,且在治疗过程中不会出现较多的或者严重的不良反应。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of acute pulmonary abscess patients by combined treatment of drugs and electronic bronchoscopy rinsing.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute lung abscess from May 2017 to may 2019 in Fukang hospital,Wulong,Chongqing were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,while the patients in the observation group were treated with electronic bronchoscopy combined with washing on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,incidence of nausea,anorexia and dizziness were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%(40/50).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea,anorexia and dizziness in the observation group was 4.00%(2/50),4.00%(2/50),2.00%(1/50),which was significantly lower than that of the control group[12.00%(6/50)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute pulmonary abscess can get obvious therapeutic effect by conventional medicine combined with electronic bronchoscopy washing treatment,and there will be no more or serious adverse reactions in the treatment process,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
