摘要
性早熟是一耗能过程,其特征在于促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)神经元提前激活。能量平衡和性腺轴调控之间具有共同的神经内分泌激素:瘦素、神经肽、吻肽、生长激素释放肽、食欲素-A等,而各激素之间亦互相影响。本文综述了上述各激素在能量代谢和性早熟中的作用,进一步阐明能量代谢在下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPGA)启动中的作用。
Early sexual maturation is an energy-consuming process characterized by early activation of GnRH neurons.There are common neuroendocrine hormones between energy balance and gonadal axis regulation:leptin,neuropeptide,kissing peptide,growth hormone-releasing peptide,orexin-A,etc.This paper reviews the role of the above hormones in energy metabolism and sexual precocious puberty,and further elucidates the role of energy metabolism in the initiation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis(HPGA).
