ICU患者采取气压治疗预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果观察

Effect of Air Pressure Therapy on Preventing Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in ICU Patients

目的探析重症监护室(ICU)患者采用气压治疗预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年7月在溧阳市中医医院接受治疗的88例ICU患者进行研究,根据治疗方法分为对照组(n=42)与治疗组(n=46)。对照组实施常规治疗,治疗组实施气压治疗,比较两组下肢深静脉血栓发生率以及治疗前后下肢周径、股静脉、腘静脉血流速度。结果治疗组下肢深静脉血栓发生率显著低于对照组(4.35%vs.19.05%,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后下肢周径显著小于对照组,股静脉、腘静脉血流速度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ICU患者采用气压治疗后,可有效预防下肢深静脉血栓形成,改善下肢血流状况。

Objective To explore the effect of air pressure therapy on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods A total of 88 ICU patients treated in Liyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(n=42)and a treatment group(n=46).The control group received conventional treatment and the treatment group received air pressure therapy.The incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis,lower limb circumference,and the blood flow velocity of femoral vein and popliteal vein before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis was significantly lower than that in the treatment group(4.35%vs.19.05%,P<0.05).After treatment,the circumference of lower limbs in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,while the flow velocity of femoral vein and popliteal vein was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Air pressure treatment in ICU patients can effectively prevent the formation of lower limb deep venous thrombosis and improve the lower limb blood flow.
