Summary of Professor Luo Xiuli’s Clinical Experience in Treating Gastric Gancer with the Help of Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform

目的借助数据挖掘的方法客观总结罗秀丽教授运用中医药治疗胃癌的临床经验。方法收集罗秀丽教授2018年治疗胃癌的有效病例60例,录入中医传承辅助平台,进行统计分析与数据挖掘。结果罗师治疗胃癌经验为:①四诊多见恶心、纳呆,舌暗、舌淡,脉细、脉弦等。②常用治法为健脾和胃、益气养血。③四气喜用温、平类药物。④五味善用辛、甘类药物。⑤药物归经多属脾、肝经。⑥功效多用清热解毒、燥湿化痰类药物。⑦常用中药有茯苓、砂仁、木香、甘草等。结论罗师认为胃癌病机是脾胃虚弱,气血亏虚,痰结血聚胃脘,久则成形,本虚标实,其中脾虚血亏贯穿胃癌始终。治疗当以健脾养血扶正为主,兼以抗癌解毒、利湿化瘀以祛邪。在遣方用药上,罗师很注意顾护患者胃气,喜用温平、辛甘、苦咸且入脾、肝、肺、胃经药物,并尽量避免大苦大寒伤胃之品。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Luo Xiuli in treating gastric cancer experience with the help of data mining.Methods Sixty effective cases of gastric cancer treated by Professor Luo Xiuli in 2018 were collected and sorted out,and entered into the auxiliary platform of TCM inheritance for statistical analysis and data mining.Results The experience of Professor Luo in treating gastric cancer are as follows:①The main symptoms are nausea and anorexia.The tongue image is mainly dark and pale.The pulse is mainly pulse thin,pulse string and so on.②Common therapies include strengthening spleen and stomach,supplementing qi and nourishing blood.③Four properties of traditional Chinese medicine are commonly used as warm and plain herbs.④The five flavors are to use the pungent and sweet herbs.⑤The herbs meridians mainly belong to the spleen meridians and liver meridians.⑥On the efficacy,most commonly used are heat-clearing and detoxification,dampness-eliminating and phlegm-resolving herbs.⑦Commonly used herbs are Poria,Amomi Fructus,Aucklandiae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc..Conclusion Professor Luo believes that the pathogenesis of gastric cancer is the weakness of the spleen and stomach,deficiency of qi and blood,accumulation of phlegm and blood in the stomach,and long-term shaping,deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,in which deficiency of the spleen and blood runs through the whole process of gastric cancer.The treatment should be based on strengthening the spleen,nourishing blood and invigorating the body,as well as anti-cancer and detoxification,dampness and stasis elimination.In the prescription,she pays attention to the patient’s stomach gas,likes to use warm and plain,pungent and sweet,bitter and salty herbs which belong to the spleen,liver,lung and stomach meridians,and tries to avoid great bitter and greater cold stomach-injuring herbs.
