大中型泵站无人值守运行管理模式研究

Study on unattended operation management mode of large and medium-sized pump station

随着区域性排涝和生态供水的需求增长,大中型泵站数量急剧增加,运行人员供需矛盾加剧,现有运行管理模式难以满足要求。本文根据现代化管理要求,利用信息化技术手段,结合智慧水利建设、精细化管理,开展大中型泵站“无人值守”运行管理模式研究,构建了无人值守泵站应用场景,提出了管理条件和业务流程,以期为大中型泵站“无人值守”运行管理模式推广提供理论支撑和实践经验。

The large and medium-sized pump stations are increased sharply,the contradiction between supply and demand of operators is intensified,and it is difficult for the existing operation management mode to meet the requirements with the increase of regional drainage and ecological water supply demand.In the paper,the information technology is utilized according to the request of modern management,the wisdom water conservancy construction and fine management are combined to study the“unattended”operation management pattern in large and medium-sized pumping stations,thereby constructing the unattended pump station application scenarios,putting forward the conditions and business process management,and providing theoretical support and practical experience for large and medium-sized pumping station“unattended”operation and management mode.
