造纸厂污泥回用技术的研究

Research on Sludge Reusing in Paper Mills

随着废纸纤维原料短缺以及环保压力增大,利用废水处理的污泥替代纤维作为造纸原料成为很多企业的一种选择,不仅能降低污泥的排放量从而减轻环保压力,又能极大的降低生产成本。但污泥含有大量的无机颗粒和细小纤维,它的回用会给造纸生产带来很多负面问题,比如留着率低、脱水困难、纸张强度低等。本试验尝试通过对污泥进行预处理,从而解决因污泥回用对造纸生产带来的负面影响。

With the increasing of shortage of wastepaper and environmental pressure,it become an option for many paper mills to reuse sludge from effluent plant as raw material to replace the fiber.It can not only reduce the discharge of sludge for decreasing environmental pressure,but also greatly reduce the production cost.But sludge contains a large number of inorganic particles and fine fibers,its reusing could cause many troubles for paper making,such as low retention,low drainability,strength properties of paper decline and so on.In this paper,a solution was developed for the troubles of reusing sludge.
