免疫荧光法在检测分泌物淋病奈瑟氏球菌、沙眼衣原体中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨免疫荧光法在检测分泌物淋病奈瑟氏球菌、沙眼衣原体中的价值。方法:选取2019年3月?2019年8月在本院妇产科,男科,皮肤性病科就诊的疑似泌尿生殖道感染的患者600名为本次研究对象。样本取尿道分泌物或宫颈口分泌物送检。分别采用常规PCR法、免疫荧光法、培养法进行淋病奈瑟氏球菌、沙眼衣原体的检测。以培养法作为金标准,统计并比较免疫荧光法、常规PCR法对淋病奈瑟氏球菌、沙眼衣原体检测结果的诊断效能。结果:免疫荧光法对淋病奈瑟氏球菌、沙眼衣原体检测的准确度、敏感度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均明显高于常规PCR法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。免疫荧光法对淋病奈瑟氏球菌、沙眼衣原体检测的曲线下面积均明显高于常规PCR法,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:免疫荧光法检测淋病奈瑟氏球菌、沙眼衣原体快速、准确、灵敏,临床应用价值优于常规PCR法。 Objective:To explore the application value of immunofluorescence in detecting the secretion of N.G.and C.T.Methods:A total of 600 patients with suspected urogenital tract infection were selected from March 2019 to August 2019 in the department of obstetrics,gynecology,andrology and dermatology of our hospital.Take urethral or cervical secretions for examination.Routine PCR,immunofluorescence and culture were used to detect N.G.and C.T.With culture method as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of immunofluorescence method and conventional PCR method for the detection of N.G.and C.T.was statistically compared Results:The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of immunofluorescence detection of N.G.and C.T.were significantly higher than that of conventional PCR,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two methods were statistically significant for the detection of N.G.and C.T.(P<0.05).The area under the curve detected by immunofluorescence for N.G.and C.T.was significantly higher than that by conventional PCR*and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The immunofluorescence method is rapid,accurate and sensitive.The clinical value of detecting N.G.and C.T.is better than conventional PCR.
