Hangzhou(capital of East China’s Zhejiang Province)Municipal People's Procuratorate,Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs,the Hangzhou Communist Youth League Committee,Hangzhou Women's Federation and other organizations on February 8 issued a notice to call on various organizations and people from all segments of society(in Hangzhou),to help and care for disadvantaged children(including migrant children,orphaned and/or disabled children,minors from poverty.stricken families and left-behind children,whose parents have left home to work elsewhere)during the novel coronavirus epidemic.
