金融创新产品——租金贷的分析及监管措施 被引量:2

摘要 文章基于对金融创新产品——租金贷的介绍,分析了租金贷中房东和长租公寓中介、长租公寓中介和租客之间的法律关系并指出其中存在长租公寓中介爆仓后租客自身法律利益受损的监管漏洞,总结了德国的成熟市场经验是构建以保护承租人为中心的完整的房屋租赁法律体系和政府施行多方位开拓房源并鼓励房屋租赁市场的总政策,最后相应提出了完善我国房屋租赁市场的政策建议。
