“一带一路”倡议下浙江省企业供应链标准化发展模式分析——以平台型企业供应链为例

Analysis of the Development Model of Supply Chain Standardization of Zhejiang Enterprises under the“Belt and Road”Initiative:A Case Study on Supply Chain of Platform Enterprises

浙江省积极参与"一带一路"及供应链创新与应用试点建设,标准在其中发挥重要的软联通作用。本文基于"一带一路"背景,结合浙江省企业供应链试点情况,对"一带一路"倡议下浙江省企业供应链进行分析,以平台型企业为例,分析其供应链标准化发展模式,结果显示:(1)标准化信息平台有助于供应链上下游企业衔接;(2)物流标准化有助于提升我国与沿线国家间供应链各环节的畅通度;(3)通过项目合作的方式,有助于我国优势标准与沿线国家间对接,是目前我国企业走向"一带一路"国家的重要方式。最后为其他试点企业供应链发展提供相关建议。

Zhejiang Province actively participates in the "Belt and Road"(B&R) initiative and supply chain innovation and application pilot construction, in which standards play an important role in soft connectivity. Based on the B&R and the pilot situation of Zhejiang Province’s supply chain, this article analyzes the supply chain of Zhejiang enterprises under the B&R initiative. Taking platform-type companies as a case, the analysis of the standardization development model of their supply chains shows that(1) Standardized information platform helps to connect upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain;(2) Logistics standardization helps to improve the smoothness of all links in the supply chain between China and countries along the B&R;(3) Through project cooperation, it helps Chinese superior standards docking between China and the countries along the B&R, which is an important way for Chinese enterprises to enter the markets of the B&R countries. Finally, it provides suggestions on the supply chain development of other experimental enterprises.
