Analysis of Typical Structure Problems in National Standard Draft

本文对国家标准报批稿中存在的具有普遍性的问题开展分析。主要列举、分析了结构与类型不一致、结构不完整、结构层次混乱、条款类型不准确、内容超出标准范围、位置不符合惯例、与国际标准的结构不一致等七大类问题。同时分析了虽然不是标准结构问题,但是与结构紧密相关的问题。

This paper analyzes common problems in the national standard draft for approval,and enumerates seven kinds of problems:the inconsistency between the structure and the type,the incomplete structure,the confusing structure level,the inaccurate clause type,the content beyond the standard scope,the position inconsistent with the convention,and structure inconsistent with international standard.It also analyzes the problems closely related to the structure.
