人工全膝关节置换术对膝骨关节炎患者的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨人工全膝关节置换术在膝骨关节炎患者中应用效果。方法选取2016年5月~2018年1月收治的膝骨关节炎患者45例,均行人工全膝关节置换术治疗,观察比较手术前后疼痛程度(VAS)评分及日常生活能力(Barthel指数)评分变化情况,并统计两组膝关节功能恢复情况。结果术后1周VAS评分较术前低(P<0.05);术后3个月膝关节功能优良率为95.56%(43/45);术后3个月Barthel指数较术前高(P<0.05)。结论人工全膝关节置换术可减轻患者疼痛程度,促进其膝关节功能恢复,提高患者日常生活能力。
