支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞术对颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者的疗效 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞术对颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者认知功能及并发症的影响。方法选取2016年3月~2018年3月我院收治的颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者68例,所有患者均行支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞术治疗,分析术后治疗效果。结果术后患者简易智能状态量表(MMSE)评分高于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者术后并发症发生率为4.41%(3/68),完全栓塞率为92.65%(63/68),改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分0~1分所占比例为65.59%(65/68)。结论支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞术可有效改善颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者认知功能,减少并发症发生风险,提高患者预后效果。
