To improve the quality and ability of nurses is the basis and need to promote medical and health care to a higher level.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current nursing education,discusses the importance of improving the quality of nurses,and points out that to strengthen the education of nursing students and improve the professional quality of nurses,it is necessary to improve the standards of nursing education,pay attention to the overall development of nursing students,and cultivate the long-term development concept of nursing students.
