British and American literature not only has a unique artistic charm,but also has a close relationship with English language learning.The introduction of British and American literature into English teaching in senior high school can stimulate students'interest in learning,improve their ability of using English language,and improve the effect of English classroom teaching.Based on the current situation of English teaching in senior high school and the significance of infiltrating British and American literature in English teaching in senior high school,this paper discusses the effective ways of infiltrating British and American literature in English teaching in senior high school.
