建立职业院校教师发展中心,是培养适应产教深度融合的教师群体的内在要求,是加强教师队伍建设,推动教育体制机制改革创新的重要举措,是教科研转型升级,实施精准培训,提升培训质量的重要途径。文章在分析教师发展中心的建设局限和具体功能基础上,探索产教深度融合背景下实现教师发展中心功能的有效路径。

The teacher development center of vocational colleges is an internal requirement for training a group of teachers who can adapt to the deep integration of industry and education,an important measure for strengthening the construction of teachers and promoting the reform and innovation of teaching and education system and mechanism,and an important way for the transformation and upgrading of teaching and scientific research,the implementation of precise training and the improvement of training quality.Based on the analysis of the construction limitations and specific functions of the teacher development center,this paper explores the effective path to realize the function of the teacher development center under the background of the deep integration of production and education.
