高中德育实效性弱化的原因及策略研究

Study on the Causes and Strategies of Weakening the Effectiveness of Moral Education in Senior High School

德育是学校教育教学工作的方向和灵魂。当前,由于多种因素的影响,这一工作的实效性并没有落到实处,呈现出弱化的趋势。文章从学校、教师以及社会环境等方面进行深入的分析,研讨弱化的原因,并提出解决策略,为高中学校有效开展德育工作提供保障。

Moral education is the direction and soul of school education and teaching.At present,due to the influence of many factors,the effectiveness of this work has not been implemented,showing a weakening trend.This paper makes a deep analysis from the aspects of school,teachers and social environment,discusses the reasons for the weakening,and puts forward solutions to ensure the effective development of moral education in high school.
