陕西眉县猕猴桃安全生产影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factor on the Safe Production of Kiwifruit in Meixian County of Shaanxi Province

基于对陕西省眉县猕猴桃种植农户的调研数据,并结合调查中实际案例,分析影响猕猴桃安全生产的因素。分析得出政府监管对猕猴桃安全生产有一定的促进作用,但是监管力度仍然比较薄弱,有较大漏洞。目前主要是由地方产业合作组织、猕猴桃企业等农业合作组织与农户自身来监管和把控猕猴桃质量安全,仍有一定的安全隐患。因此为确保流向市场的猕猴桃的质量安全,需要由政府领导各部门共同监管,规范生产行为。

Based on the survey data of the kiwifruit farmers in Mei County,Shaanxi Province and combined with the actual cases in the investigation,the factors affecting the safe production of kiwifruit were analyzed.The analysis showed that the government supervision had a certain role in promoting the safety of kiwifruit production but the supervision was still weak.By local industrial cooperation organizations,kiwifruit production enterprises and other agricultural cooperation organizations and farmers themselves to monitor and control the quality and safety of kiwifruit,there were still certain safety risks.In order to ensure the quality of kiwifruit in the market,it is necessary for the government to lead the various departments to jointly supervise and standardize the production.
