摘要 "国培计划"是一项自上而下推动的教师培养培训的课程化实践,体现了中国教师教育中的国家力量及其运作机制。以班主任国培计划为例:在组织与实施上,采取了层级化、规范化的管理模式;在内容与形式上,于课程化中凸显班主任专业的实践性;在效果与评价上,凸显了班主任工作的专业性。"国培计划"为全球化背景下的教师培养提供了中国经验和典型范例:自上而下的行政推动,班主任培训的基层创新,培训学员主体意识的觉醒,以及班主任专业化的体制机制建设。 The"National Teacher Training Program"is a kind of curriculum-based practice of teacher cultivating and teacher training promoted from top to bottom,which embodies the national power and its operating mechanism in teacher education in China.Taking the"National Teacher Training Program for Banzhuren"as an example,in the organization and implementation,a hierarchical and standardized management model has been adopted;in the content and form,the professional practice of banzhurens has been highlighted in the curriculum;in the effect and evaluation,the professionalization of banzhurens’work has been highlighted.The"National Teacher Training Program"provides Chinese experience and typical examples for teacher training in the context of globalization:top-down administrative promotion,grass-roots innovation in banzhuren training,awakening of the trainees’subjective consciousness,and the construction of the system and mechanism of banzhurens’professionalization.
