摘要
文中设计了一种新的“M”形磁导率检测传感器,通过感应信号差分输出的方法实现了对铁磁构件表面裂纹的检测。以45#钢的人工裂纹为研究对象,对检测原理进行了推导分析,对裂纹尺寸、检测扫查偏移量及剩磁场对检测信号的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明,该检测方法对待检构件的磁化状态和检测扫描偏移不敏感,可实现对构件表面裂纹的检测与评价。
A new type of“M”permeability sensor was designed.The differential output of induction signal was used to test the surface cracks of ferromagnetic components.Taking the artificial crack of 45#steel as the research object,the detection principle was deduced and analyzed.The influences of crack size,detection scanning offset and residual magnetic field on the detection signal were studied experimentally.The results show that the method is insensitive to the magnetization state and scanning deviation of the inspected components,and can be used to test and evaluate the surface cracks of the components.
