摘要 为了测试电磁发射过程中高功率脉冲电源的充、放电电压,设计了一种基于FPGA的高电压测试系统。系统使用P6015A高压探头将高电压转换成低电压信号,由A/D转换器实现模-数转换;FPGA芯片作为电路的主控单元,将数据编帧之后存储在大容量FLASH芯片中;最后经过USB接口芯片将采集到的数据上传到上位机显示分析;为确保试验人员安全,采集命令由串口数据收发软件通过无线收发模块进行远程控制。系统已应用于电磁发射试验中,实现对额定工作电压为7.6 kV的电容储能型脉冲电源充、放电电压信号的采集存储与数据分析。应用试验表明,系统具有测量准确度高、安全可靠性强等特点,还可用于其他领域的高电压信号采集。 In order to test the charging and discharging voltage of high power pulse power supply during electromagnetic emission,a high voltage test system based on FPGA was designed.The system used P6015A high-voltage probe to convert high voltage into low voltage and used A/D converter realize analog-to-digital conversion.The FPGA chip was used as the main control unit of the circuit and stored the framed data in a large-capacity FLASH chip.Finally,the collected data was uploaded to the upper computer through the USB interface chip for display and analysis.To ensure the safety of test personnel,the acquisition command was controlled by the serial data transceiver software through the wireless transceiver module for wireless remote control.The system has been successfully applied to an electromagnetic emission test in China,and realized the acquisition,storage,data analysis of the charging and discharging voltage signal of the capacitor energy storage type pulsed power supply with the rated working voltage of 7.6 kV.Application tests show that the system has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy,high safety and reliability,and can also be used for high voltage signal acquisition in other fields.
