摘要
针对低压电器电寿命试验装置中模拟负载的不足,设计了一种基于交流固态负载的低压电器电寿命试验系统。首先在分析常规电寿命试验装置的基础上,给出了基于交流固态负载的试验系统结构;设计了交流固态负载的电路结构以及软件控制方案;并结合LabVIEW进行了测控单元软件设计;最后进行了仿真及试验测试,试验结果验证了系统的可行性。相比于常规试验装置,该试验系统具有很好的通用性和灵活性,同时可降低试验用电损耗与设备的成本。
Aiming at the shortage of simulated load in the electrical life test device for low-voltage apparatus,this paper designed an electrical life test system based on AC solid state load.Firstly,based on the analysis of the conventional electrical life test device,the structure of the test system based on AC solid-state load was given.Then the circuit structure and software control scheme of the AC solid-state load were designed.And based on LabVIEW,the software of the measurement and control unit was designed.Finally,simulation and actual test were carried out,and the results verified the feasibility of the system.Compared with the conventional test device,this system has good versatility and flexibility and reduces the test power consumption and the cost of the equipment.
