摘要
基于MC9S08DZ60单片机设计了一款氮氧传感器控制器硬件电路和软件部分。控制器硬件采用MC9S08DZ60单片机作为主芯片,使用氮氧传感器专用芯片ATIC43作为信号处理模块;选用TJA1050作为CAN收发器;选用LM2596稳压降压芯片作为电源转换器将+24 V电压转化为+5 V电压为单片机供电;使用PWM信号控制开关器件MOS管对传感器温度进行控制。在硬件电路的基础上给出了氮氧传感器软件设计思路,并对氮氧传感器控制器进行了初步标定试验。试验结果表明,测量电流与NO X浓度呈良好的线性关系,该控制器可以实现氮氧传感器较准确地测量氮氧浓度。
Based on MC9S08DZ60 microcontroller,a NOX-sensor controller was designed,including hardware circuit and software.The controller hardware used MC9S08DZ60 as the main chip and the dedicated chip ATIC43 as the signal processing module.TJA1050 was selected as the CAN transceiver.LM2596 was used as the voltage converter to convert +24 V to +5 V,the PWM was used to control the switching device(MOSFET)to keep the temperature of NOX-sensor constant.Based on the hardware circuit,the design idea of the NOX-sensor software was given,and the preliminary calibration test of the NOX-sensor controller was carried out.The experimental results show that the measured current has a good linear relationship with NOX concentration.The controller can realize the function of NOX-Sensor to accurately measure the NOX concentration.
