摘要
针对一般控制系统对人机交互的需求,提出了基于嵌入式处理器实现的人机交互终端设计。硬件以STM32F407ZGT6处理器与高分辨率的电容式触摸屏为核心,软件基于FreeRTOS环境开发;交互终端的通信处理由CAN接收中断服务与接收任务实现,通过消息队列与其他任务联系;在有限资源下图形元素的移动,仅需描绘、恢复移进与移出区域的少许像素;常规交互界面借助EmWin得以实现,界面切换由界面管理任务负责。该交互终端已在工控系统中得以应用与检验。
According to the requirements of human-machine interaction in general control system,the design of human-machine interaction terminal based on embedded processor was introduced.The STM32F407ZGT6 processor and the high-resolution capacitive touch screen were used as cores of the hardware,software development was based on the FreeRTOS environment.The communication of the interactive terminal was realized by CAN receiving interrupt service and receiving task,and connected with other tasks through the message queue.In order to realize the displacement of graphic elements under limited resources,just a few pixels of the move-in and move-out areas of the graphic elements were rendered and recovered.The conventional interactive interface was realized with the EmWin,the interface switching was achieved in the interface management task.The interactive terminal has been applied and tested in the actual industrial control system.
