摘要 某吸气式发动机试验台的空气调压阀及液压驱动系统状态复杂、可靠性低、故障易发。为提高调压阀运行的安全性、可靠性和精确性,设计了其运行环境参数的监控系统。基于工业以太网和NI cRIO实时控制系统,实现了液压驱动系统的油压、油温、油液污染度、液压缸位移及阀后管路压力等运行环境参数的远程在线监测、显示、记录和报警,并通过对油冷机和排气电磁阀的开关控制,实现了对液压油油温及管路压力的闭环控制。测试结果验证了该监控系统的正确性和实用性。 The air pressure regulating valve and its hydraulic system of the air-breathing engine test bed is characteristic of complex condition,low reliability and easy to cause fault.In order to improve the safety,reliability and accuracy of the operating process for regulating valve,the monitoring system of the operating environmental parameters was developed.The operating environmental parameters such as oil temperature,oil pressure,oil contamination level,cylinder displacement of the hydraulic drive system and the pressure of the pipeline after the air pressure regulating valve were on-line monitored,displayed,recorded and alarmed remotely based on the industrial Ethernet and the NI cRIO real-time control system.Through the on-off control of the oil cooler and the air exhaust electromagnetic valves,the closed-loop control for the hydraulic oil temperature and the pipeline pressure was realized.The correctness and practicability of the system were verified by the test results.
