Chinese Tennis Association and Tennis Australia are non-profit sports organizations for the interests of tennis in their respective countries.By referring to documents and issues on the basis of comparative and logical analysis,this paper compares operation mechanism between Chinese and Australian tennis associations in the aspects of organization,goals and operation strategy to reach the conclusion:optimizing organization leadership structure;building the linkage mechanism between government and association;improving the the“self-sustainability”ability of the association by holding competitions.
