摘要
现代企业管理体系中,人力资源管理是基本构成。人力资源管理中,绩效管理的重要性也不言而喻。互联网的不断普及以及信息技术的越发成熟对企业管理的方方面面都产生了直接影响。大数据时代下,企业人力资源绩效管理更是要进行有效调整与优化。通过对部分企业人力资源绩效管理状况进行分析可以看出,人力资源绩效管理状况并不理想,一些管理不足也较为明显。论文分析了大数据时代下企业人力资源绩效管理现状,并就如何有效进行人力资源绩效管理优化提出合理建议。
In the modern enterprise management system,the human resources management is the basic constitution.In the human resources management,the importance of performance management is also self-evident.The continuous popularization of the internet and the maturity of information technology have a direct impact on all aspects of enterprise management.In the era of big data,the performance management of enterprise human resources needs to be adjusted and optimized effectively.Through the analysis of the human resources performance management of some enterprises,we can see that the human resources performance management is not ideal,and some management deficiencies are obvious.This paper analyzes the current situation of human resources performance management in big data era,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to optimize human resources performance management effectively.
