摘要
现代企业的管理理论不断成熟,企业文化建设事宜的重要性越发显著。企业文化在现代企业管理中的导向功能十分多样,这也在一定程度上提升了企业文化的受重视程度。企业文化在企业管理中的导向功能得到了很多关注,但想要将企业文化固有的作用与功能充分发挥出来并不简单。通过对部分企业的企业文化建设状况进行分析可以发现,企业文化在该类管理中的导向功能并未得到较好发挥。论文分析了企业文化在企业管理中导向功能的发挥状况,并就相关导向功能如何更好发挥提出合理建议。
The management theory of modern enterprises is maturing,and the importance of enterprise culture construction is more and more significant.The guiding function of enterprise culture in modern enterprise management is very diverse,which to a certain extent improves the importance of enterprise culture.The guiding function of enterprise culture in enterprise management has been paid much attention,but it is not easy to give full play to the inherent role and function of enterprise culture.Through the analysis of the construction condition of enterprise culture in some enterprises,it can be found that the guiding function of enterprise culture in this kind of management has not been well played.This paper analyzes the development condition of the guiding function of enterprise culture in enterprise management,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to play the guiding function better.
