双元制教育对高职机电一体化技术专业建设借鉴的思考

Reflections on the Reference of Dual System Education to the Specialty Construction of Mechatronics Technology in Higher Vocational Education

基于对德国双元制教育的理解,论文结合高职院校机电一体化技术专业的实际情况,对人才培养模式的改革、课程体系的建设、校企合作的融合方面进行思考,借鉴双元制教育的先进经验,结合地区经济实际,探索培养对接行业、企业需求的高素质技能型人才的相关策略。

Based on the understanding of German dual system education,this paper combines the actual situation of mechatronics technology specialty in higher vocational colleges,considers the reform of talent training mode,the construction of curriculum system,and the integration of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,draws on the advanced experience of dual system education,combined with the actual situation of regional economy,and explores the relevant strategies of training high-quality skilled talents that meet the needs of industries and enterprises.
