高职院校专业技能与人文素养融合培养的模式探索

Exploration on the Mode of Comprehensive Cultivation of Professional Skill and Humanistic Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

为了实现立德树人、全面育人这一教育目标,高职院校应始终围绕学生发展需求,一方面顺应时代发展需要,把握社会职业趋势,为储备技能型高素质人才奠定基础,另一方面坚持把人文素养培育作为重中之重,实现专业技能培养与德育工作相融合,积极探索高职院校专业技能教学与人文素养培育的融合模式。论文根据高职院校专业技能与人文素养融合培养的现状,提出了探索性对策。

In order to realize the educational goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,higher vocational colleges should always revolve around the needs of the development of the students.On the one hand,we should comply with the development of the times,grasp the trend of social occupation,and lay a foundation for the reserve of skilled and high-quality talents.On the other hand,we should take the cultivation of humanistic quality as the top priority,realize the integration of professional skill cultivating and moral education,and actively explore the integration mode of professional skill teaching and humanistic quality cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Based on the present situation of the comprehensive cultivation of professional skill and humanistic quality in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward exploratory countermeasures.
