浅析立井过采空区安全快速施工技术

摘要 当立井通过采空区时,由于采空区存在积水、有害气体,容易造成安全事故隐患,常规处理方法是直接钻孔注浆,但该方法存在钻孔数量多、工期长、效率低、成本高的缺点。论文以同煤塔山矿西部工业广场回风立井工程井筒快速施工为例,通过超前物探,工作面预注浆堵水,将水泥碎石浆注入采空区及影响范围空隙,摸索出立井安全快速通过采空区的施工工艺及劳动组织,值得推广。 When the shaft passes through the goaf,because there is water and harmful gas in the goaf,it is easy to cause hidden danger of safety accidents.The conventional treatment method is directly drilling grouting,but this method has the disadvantages of large number of drilling holes,long time limit,low efficiency and high cost.This paper takes the rapid construction of the shaft of the return air shaft engineering in the western industrial square of Datong coal industry Tashan mine as an example,through advanced geophysical exploration,pre-grouting on the working face to block water,injecting the cement and gravel slurry into the goaf and the gap in the affected area,to find out the construction technology and labor organization of the safe and rapid passage of the shaft through the goaf,which is worthy of promotion.
