摘要
侨生煤矿开采煤层为极薄煤层,采煤工作面隅角瓦斯经常超限,矿井建立了地面固定抽采瓦斯系统,采用顺层钻孔抽采煤层瓦斯、高位顶板孔抽采工作面隅角区卸压瓦斯,有效地防治了瓦斯灾害。瓦斯抽采系统运行稳定后,将瓦斯进行发电利用,实现了矿井生产和生活零电费,取得了很好的安全与经济效益。
The mining coal seam of Qiaosheng Coal Mine is ultra thin coal seam,and the gas in the corner of the working face often exceeds the limit.The mine has established a fixed gas drainage system on the ground.In the system,coal seam gas is drained by drilling along the seam,and pressure relief gas is drained by high roof hole in the corner area of the working face,which effectively prevents and controls the gas disaster.After the stable operation of the gas drainage system,the gas is used for power generation,realizing zero electricity cost for production and living in the mine,and achieving good safety and economic benefits.
