In recent years,with the rapid development of China's society,in order to better improve people's quality of life,we began to design community management in more detail.Some communities have established a set of very perfect,intelligent and smart service system.In the process of community intelligent and smart management,many communities have used the smart community property APP to carry out community management work.This paper analyzes the role of smart community property APP in the property management in colleges and universities in detail.
