天智颗粒治疗风阳上扰型前庭阵发症的疗效及对中医眩晕程度分级评分、DHI评分的影响

Effect of Tianzhi Granule on Vestibule Paroxysm of Fengyang Disturbance Type and Its Effect on the Scores of Chinese Medicine Vertigo Grading Scale and DHI

目的探讨天智颗粒治疗风阳上扰型前庭阵发症临床疗效及对中医眩晕程度分级评分、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分的影响。方法选取2015年7月—2018年12月于河南中医药大学第一附属医院住院治疗的风阳上扰型前庭阵发症病人94例,随机分为两组,中途因不能配合治疗等原因脱落7例,有效病例对照组43例、观察组44例。两组除给予基础治疗外,对照组服用卡马西平,观察组服用天智颗粒联合卡马西平,治疗2周后评价两组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗1周、治疗2周后分别统计两组病人中医眩晕程度分级评分、DHI评分。结果治疗2周后,观察组总有效率为84.09%,明显高于对照组的65.12%(P=0.039)。两组治疗1周、2周后中医眩晕程度分级评分、DHI评分与治疗前相比均明显下降(P<0.05);两组治疗2周后中医眩晕程度分级评分、DHI评分较治疗1周后明显下降(P<0.05)。两组治疗1周后中医眩晕程度分级评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组DHI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后,观察组中医眩晕程度分级评分、DHI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天智颗粒治疗风阳上扰型前庭阵发症,可明显改善中医眩晕程度分级评分、DHI评分,尤其以治疗2周为著。

Objective To study the effect of Tianzhi granule on vestibule paroxysm of fengyang disturbance type and the effect on the scores of Chinese medicine vertigo grading scale and DHI.Methods Ninety-four patients with vestibule paroxysm of fengyang disturbance type were randomly divided into two groups:control group(43 cases)and observation group(44 cases).In addition to the basic treatment,the patients in control group received carbamazepine,and the patients in observation group were received Tianzhi granules combination with carbamazepine.Before treatment and after treatment for 1 weeks and 2 weeks,the scores of Chinese medicine vertigo grading scale and vertigo disorder scale(DHI)were compared between two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(84.09%vs 65.12%,P=0.039).After 1 week,and 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine vertigo grading scale and vertigo disorder scale(DHI)were decreased than those of before treatment(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine vertigo grading scale and vertigo disorder scale were decreased compared with those after 1 week of treatment(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of Chinese medicine vertigo grading scale between two groups(P>0.05);the score of DHI in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine vertigo grading scale and DHI in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianzhi granule can improve the scores of Chinese medicine vertigo grading scale and DHI in patients with vestibule paroxysm of fengyang disturbance type,especially treatment for 2 weeks.
