中医治疗骨质疏松致脊椎压缩性骨折的价值

Value of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of vertebral compression fracture caused by osteoporosis

目的:探讨中医治疗骨质疏松致脊椎压缩性骨折的价值.方法:选择从2016年8月-2018年8月收治的100例骨质疏松致脊椎压缩性骨折患者为对象,随机分为2组.对照组接受常规西医药治疗,观察组则在此基础上接受中医治疗.比较分析治疗前后脊椎后突Cobb's角、椎体前缘高度压缩率、椎体后缘高度压缩率,治疗效果以及治疗满意度.结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床治疗满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗前的脊椎后突Cobb's角为19.50°±3.40°,椎体前缘高度压缩率为42.30%±6.50%,椎体后缘高度压缩率为8.20%±4.35%,均与对照组无差异性(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的脊椎后突Cobb's角为4.15°±0.95°,椎体前缘高度压缩率为9.50%±7.66%,椎体后缘高度压缩率为1.21%±1.55%,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:骨质疏松致脊椎压缩性骨折应用中医治疗的临床价值显著,可以有效提高患者满意度.

Objective:To explore the value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture caused by os-teoporosis.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2018,100 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly di-vided into two groups.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the research group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment on this basis.The Cobb's angle of the posterior process,the compression rate of the anterior vertebral margin,the compression rate of the posterior vertebral margin,the therapeutic effect and the satisfaction of the treatment were compared and ana-lyzed before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical treatment satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the Cobb's angle of the posterior process of the spine before treatment in the study group was(19.50<3.40)degrees,the compression rate of the anterior vertebral margin was(42.30<6.50)%,and the compression rate of the posterior vertebral margin was(8.20<4.35)%.There was no difference between the control group(P>0.05).The Cobb's angle of the posterior process of the vertebral body in the study group was(4.15+0.95)degree,the compression rate of the anterior vertebral body height was(9.50+7.66)%,and the compression rate of the posterior vertebral body height was(1.21+1.55)%,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture caused by osteoporosis was significant,which could effectively improve patient satisfaction.
