生物型加长柄人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的临床研究 被引量:1

Clinical study on treatment of senile unstable intertrochanteric fracture with biological lengthened shank artificial femoral head replacement

摘要 目的:探讨生物型加长柄人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的临床研究。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年3月治疗的高龄不稳定性股骨转子间骨折患者150例作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=75)和观察组(n=75)。对照组给予骨水泥型加长柄人工股骨头置换术治疗,观察组给予生物型加长柄人工股骨头置换术治疗,治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量及术后自主活动情况;对2组患者进行12个月的追访,对比固定松动情况、感染以及并发症情况。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后自主活动时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后固定松动、感染以及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<O.05)。结论:生物型加长柄人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的临床效果显著,提高了骨折愈合率,帮助患者恢复肢体活动,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical study of biological lengthened shank artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of senile unstable intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:150 cases of elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur who were treated from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The random number table was divided into the control group(n=75)and the observation group(n=75).The control group was treated with bone cement type lengthened shank artificial femoral head replacement,while the observation group was treated with biological lengthened shank artificial femoral head replacement.After treatment,the effect of the patients was evaluated,and the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative autonomic ac?tivity of the two groups were compared.Patients in the two groups were followed up for 12 months to compare the status of loose fixation,infection and complications.Results:the operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative autonomic activity time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative fixation loosening,infection and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:biological lengthened shank artificial femoral head replacement had a significant clinical effect in the treatment of senile unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures,improve the rate of fracture healing and helps patients recover limb activities,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
