富血小板血浆与玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射用于膝骨关节炎中的效果

Effect of intra一articular injection of platelet一rich plasma and sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis

目的:本文主要分析PRP(富血小板血浆)、玻璃酸钠应用于0A(膝骨关节炎)患者治疗中所取得的临床效果,评估不同治疗方案对疗效所产生的影响。方法:研究对象主要选取我院2016年1月-2019年3月期间收治的OA患者100例,对照组(例数=50例)在治疗期间施予玻璃酸钠进行治疗,1周1次,连续5次;观察组(例数=50例)在治疗期间施予自体PRP治疗,每2周1次,连续2次,对比2组治疗效果。结果:在疗效的评估之中,观察组治疗后治疗有效率和对照组之间无明显差异,组别间结果数据分析和比对无差异(P>0.05)。在2组W0MAC评分的评估之中,观察组治疗后W0MAC评分比对照组低,组别间结果数据分析和比对有显著差异(P<0.05)。在膝关节疼痛评分的评估之中,观察组治疗后膝关节疼痛评分比对照组更低,组别间结果数据分析和比对有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:0A患者在治疗期间接受PRP治疗,可使0A患者的临床症状有效改善,有效的促进其膝关节疼痛状况的改善,可推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of PRP(platelet一rich plasma)and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of OA(knee osteoarthritis),and to evaluate the effects of different treatment options.Methods:100 patients with OA admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were selected.The observation group(cases=50 cases)was treated with sodium hyaluronate once a week for five consecutive times.The control group(cases=50 cases)was treated with autologous PRP once every two weeks for two consecutive times,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:In the evaluation of curative effect,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the observation group in the effective rate o￡treatment after treatment,and there was no difference in the data analysis and comparison of the results between the groups(P>0.05).In the evaluation of WOMAC score of the two groups,the WOMAC score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and there was a significant difference in the data analysis and comparison of the results between the two groups(P<0.05).In the evaluation of knee pain score,the knee pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and there was a significant difference in data analysis and comparison between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:PRP treatment could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with OA,effectively promote the improvement of knee pain,and could be popularized.
