综合康复治疗对学龄前期小儿肱骨髀上骨折肘关节功能障碍的效果研究

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on elbow joint dysfunction in preschool children with supracondylar fracture of humerus

目的:探讨学龄前期小儿肱骨棵上骨折肘关节功能障碍的综合康复治疗效果。方法:选取我院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的学龄前期肱骨烁上骨折肘关节功能障碍患儿110例,根据不同治疗方法分为2组,对照组(n=55)接受康复常规治疗,观察组(n=55)接受综合康复治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后肘关节ROM值和HSS2评分。结果:治疗前2组患者肘关节旋后、旋前、旋前、屈曲ROM值对比差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后观察组肘关节旋后、旋前、旋前、屈曲ROM值明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HSS2评分优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复治疗对学龄前期小儿肱骨嫁上骨折肘关节功能障碍的临床效果满意,能够显著改善关节功能,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on elbow joint dysfunction in preschool children with supracondylar fracture of the humerus.Methods:110 children with elbow joint dysfunction of pre-sacral supracondylar fractures in our hospital(January 2016-January 2018)were enroDed.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=55)received rehabilitation routine.Treatment,observation group(n=55)received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,compared with the two groups of patients before and after treatment of the elbow joint ROM value and HSS2 score.Results:There was no significant difference in the value of supination,pre-rotation,pronation,and flexion ROM between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the elbow joints were rotated,pre-rotation,pronation,and flexion ROM.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of HSS2 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy was satisfactory for the clinical effect of elbow joint dysfunction in preschool children with supracondylar fracture of the humerus.It could significantly improve joint function and improve quality of life.It might be worthy of clinical application.
