微创脊柱创伤手术治疗脊柱创伤的临床效果分析

目的探讨脊柱创伤采用微创脊柱创伤手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年11月至2018年12月苏州市中西医结合医院收治的42例脊柱创伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组21例。对照组采用开放手术治疗,观察组采用微创脊柱创伤手术治疗,分析骨折复位情况以及并发症发生率。结果观察组Cobb角、水平位移、椎体高度丢失率以及并发症发生率低于对照组,术后矫正率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脊柱创伤采用微创脊柱创伤手术治疗效果较好,可有效促进骨折复位,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery.Methods From November 2016 to December 2018,42 patients with spinal trauma treated in Suzhou Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were divided into control and observation groups by random digital table method with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery,while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive spinal trauma.The reduction of fracture and the incidence of complications were analyzed.Results The Cobb angle,horizontal displacement,vertebral height loss rate and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the correction rate after operation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery is effective in the treatment of spinal trauma,which can effectively promote fracture reduction and reduce the incidence of complications.
