不同类型样本对HIV基因型耐药检测研究的影响

摘要 目的分析不同类型样本对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)基因型耐药检测研究的影响。方法选取2018年1月至12月武汉病毒研究所收集的HIV病毒样本80例,并根据样本的收集时间随机分为对照组与观察组,每组样本40例。对照组样本采用常规静脉血检验,观察组样本采用干血斑检验,对两组样本进行耐药性检验,并对比两组样本的扩增阳性率及耐药率。结果观察组样本出现阳性扩增37例(92.56%)、耐药35例(87.50%),对照组样本出现阳性扩增36例(90.00%)、耐药36例(90.00%)。两组样本阳性扩增率及耐药率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论干血斑与常规静脉血的阳性扩增率与耐药率检验结果差异不大,但干血斑具有易采集、易储存、易运输等特点,可将干血斑检验作为耐药检测的首选方法。 Objective To study the influence of different types of samples on HIV genotype resistance detection.Methods Totally 80 HIV samples collected by Wuhan Virus Research Institute from January to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the collection time,40 samples in each group.The control group was tested by routine venous blood test,while the observation group was tested by dry blood spot test.The positive rate of amplification and drug resistance were compared between the two groups.Results There were 37 cases(92.56%)of positive amplification and 35 cases(87.50%)of drug resistance in the observation group,36 cases(90.00%)and 36 cases(90.00%)in the control group,respectively.There was no significant difference in the positive amplification rates and drug resistance rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive amplification rate and drug resistance rate of dry blood spot and routine venous blood are not significantly different,but dry blood spot is easy to collect,store and transport.Dry blood spot test can be the first choice for drug resistance detection.
