体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Urinary Calculi

目的探究体外冲击波碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的治疗效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月金湖县人民医院收治的100例泌尿结石患者,采用数表法随机分为实验组(体外冲击波碎石术治疗),和对照组(药物保守治疗),各50例,比较两组患者治疗的结果。结果实验组泌尿结石患者的总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组(80.00%,P<0.05);两组尿常规红细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组结石排出所需时间短于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率10.00%低于对照组(32.00%,P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波碎石术治疗泌尿系结石患者安全有效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)on urinary calculi.Methods Totally 100 patients with urinary calculi admitted to Jinhu People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group(with ESWL)and control group(with drug conservative treatment),50 cases per group.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 96.00%in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the urinary routine red blood cell count between the two groups(P>0.05);the time for stone excretion in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.00%,lower than that in the control group(32.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion ESWL was effective and safe for patients with urinary calculi.
