中医对小儿湿疹临床治疗的思考

Thoughts on Clinical Treatment of Pediatric Eczema by Traditional Chinese Medicine

湿疹作为一种常见的过敏性、炎症性皮肤病,其发作可为泛发性或局限性,并无明显的季节性。中医认为,湿疹属于“湿疮”的范畴,是因为湿、热、风之邪侵入体内所导致的。根据患者皮肤受损形态以及病发的部位,又有“雪峰疮”“肾囊风”“浸淫疮”“旋耳疮”等不同称呼,常伴随着剧烈瘙痒,出现丘疹、糜烂、红斑、水疱渗出等,易反复发作。现结合当今临床治疗小儿湿疹的内治法与外治法对中医诊疗小儿湿疹的思路进行分析和总结。

Eczema is a common allergic and inflammatory skin disease,and its onset can be generalized or limited,with no obvious seasonality.Chinese medicine(CM)believes that eczema belongs to the category of“wet sores”,which is caused by the invasion of the body by the evil of wet,heat and wind.According to the shape of the patient's skin and the location of the disease,there are some different names such as“Xuefengchuang”“sh en nangfeng”“Jinyinchuang”“Xuanerchuang”,etc.,in Chinese.It is often accompanied by intense itching,papules,erosion,erythema,blister exudation,etc.,easy to recurrent.This paper analyzed and summarized the thinking of diagnosis and treatment of pediatric eczema in CM by combining with the internal and external methods used in the clinical treatment of pediatric eczema.
