中药联合千白治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Qianbai on Chloasma of Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation Type

目的阐述肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者采取中药联合千白治疗的过程及效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年10月常州中医医院收治的78例肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,参照入院时间先后将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用舒肝颗粒联合千白治疗,观察组采用中药联合千白治疗,比较两组治疗效果,检测并记录各组患者治疗前后生化相关指标差异。结果观察组治疗总效果相较对照组更佳(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项生化指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者采用中药联合千白治疗效果确切,提倡应用推广。

Objective To elaborate the process and effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Qianbai in treating chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type.Methods The study was conducted from January 2017 to October 2018.The subjects selected 78 patients with chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type in our hospital.According to the admission time,they were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with Shugan Granule combined with Qianbai,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Qianbai.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Comparatively,and the differences of biochemical related indicators before and after treatment in each group were detected and recorded.Results The total effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the biochemical indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM combined with Qianbai has a definite therapeutic effect on chloasma patients with liver depression and Qi stagnation,and it worthy to promote the application and promotion.
