普瑞巴林联合甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效及其安全性

Clinical Effect and Safety of Pregabalin Combined with Mecobalamin in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的观察普瑞巴林联合甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果以及其安全性。方法选取2017年4月至2019年5月文山州皮肤病防治所收治的50例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,将其分为对照组与实验组,各25例。对照组患者采用甲钴胺治疗,实验组在对照组治疗手段的基础上联合普瑞巴林进行治理,经过1个月的治疗后对比两组患者治疗有效率、治疗前后的VAS评分与服药后的不良反应。结果治疗后实验组VAS评分明显低于对照组,且治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普瑞巴林联合甲钴胺能够有效改善带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的症状,提高治疗效率,减轻患者痛苦,同时具有一定程度的安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of pregabalin combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 50 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to Wenshan Prefecture Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Institute from April 2017 to May 2019 were divided into a control group and an experimental group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin.The experimental group was treated with pregabalin on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 1-month treatment,the effective rate of treatment,VAS score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,and the treatment effect of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pregabalin combined with mecobalamin can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with postherpetic neuralgia,improve the treatment effect,alleviate the pain of patients,and had a certain degree of safety.
