瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗老年冠心病高脂血症的效果 被引量:1

Therapeutic Effect of Rosuvastatin Combined with Ezetimibe on Hyperlipidemia in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的研究瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布对老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者的疗效。方法选取93558部队医院2017年9月至2018年9月收治的132例老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各66例。两组均使用抗血小板药物、硝酸酯类药物等常规治疗,对照组加用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合依折麦布治疗。比较两组血脂、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及主要心脏不良事件发生率。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,实验组HDL-C水平显著升高,LDL-C、TG、TC及hs-CRP、IL-6水平显著降低,且主要心脏不良事件发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布可以显著降低老年冠心病合并高血脂症患者的血脂,降低炎症反应,且安全性较高。 Objective To study the effect of rosuvastatin combined with ezetimibe on elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods 132 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to 93558 military hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 66 cases each.Both groups were treated with antiplatelet drugs,nitrates and other conventional drugs,the control group was treated with rosuvastatin,and the experimental group was treated with ezeimibe on the basis of the control group.Serum lipids,hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-crp),interleukin-6(il-6)levels and the incidence of major cardiac adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,HDL-C level in the experimental group was significantly increased,the levels of LDL-C,TG,TC,hs-CRP and IL-6 were significantly reduced,and the incidence of major adverse cardiac events was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with ezetimibe can significantly decrease the levels of blood lipid and reduce inflammation in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.
