氟康唑与达克宁栓联用对复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Fluconazole Combined With Dactyline Suppository on Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

目的研究针对复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病采用达克宁栓配以氟康唑的价值。方法选取2016年7月至2018年12月张家港市中医院分院凤凰人民医院、张家港市凤凰镇人民医院收治的80例复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病病患者为研究对象。依据病历单双号分为两组,各40例。对照组以达克宁栓治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用氟康唑治疗,评估两组疗效,随访半年后对比疾病复发情况。结果研究组总有效率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的70.00%(28/40)(P<0.05);随访半年后对照组疾病整体复发率为17.50%(7/40),研究组复发率为5.00%(2/40),研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病采用达克宁栓配以氟康唑疗效相对较好,安全性高。

Objective To study the value of Dakening suppository combined with fluconazole for recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods Eighty patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis admitted to phoenix people's hospital of zhangjiagang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and phoenix town people's hospital of zhangjiagang city from July 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with dachinine suppository,and the research group was treated with fluconazole on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 92.50%(37/40),higher than 70.00%(28/40)of the first group(P<0.05),the overall recurrence rate of the first group was 17.50%(7/40),the recurrence rate of the second group was 5.00%(2/40),and the second group was better than the first group(P<0.05).Conclusion For recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis,the combination of Dakening suppository and fluconazole is relatively effective and safe,which is of great significance.
